These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the 123bingo platform. By registering an account or using any 123bingo service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

Right to Suspend or Terminate
123bingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, involved in money laundering, or otherwise acting against the integrity of the platform.

By registering an account on 123bingo, depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions, the 123bingo Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the agreement between you and 123bingo.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 123bingo account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:
123bingo reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification. Accounts found to be ineligible will be closed and real-money balances (excluding any bonus funds) may be returned to the registered payment method, subject to PAGCOR's guidelines and any pending AML review.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 123bingo platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances including real-money deposits, at 123bingo's sole discretion.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. Any material false, incomplete, or misleading information provided at registration is a breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 123bingo support immediately. 123bingo is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player's credentials were compromised through their own negligence.
In compliance with PAGCOR's regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001, as amended), 123bingo is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC verification process typically requires submission of:
123bingo will process KYC submissions within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal conditions. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification. KYC approval is a one-time process — once verified, subsequent transactions do not require re-submission unless the Player's details change materially or a regulatory review is triggered.
123bingo accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, Dragon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT cryptocurrency (subject to platform availability). Deposits must come from a payment account registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party deposits — funds sourced from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their 123bingo wallet at any time, subject to: (a) successful KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds being met; and (c) the absence of any pending account review, security check, or PAGCOR-mandated hold.
123bingo reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if the account is under investigation, or if required by a PAGCOR directive or court order. Players will be notified of any delay within the processing timeline stated above.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or service interruption during a game session, 123bingo's policy is to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable. The decision of 123bingo's technical team on matters of game integrity is final, subject to appeal through PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.
Players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner on the 123bingo platform at all times. In any interactive feature — including live chat, bingo chat rooms, and customer support communications — the following conduct standards apply:
Violations of player conduct standards may result in temporary or permanent suspension of chat privileges, game access restrictions, or full account termination depending on the severity of the violation and the Player's history on the platform.

123bingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play in violation of these Terms shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits (net of any applied bonuses) may be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a mandatory review period, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution guidelines and any AML holds.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, service marks, game designs, graphics, text, and other intellectual property on the 123bingo platform are the property of 123bingo or its licensors and are protected under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 123bingo content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of 123bingo's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 123bingo's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their 123bingo account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
123bingo shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of gaming opportunity due to technical downtime or maintenance; (c) losses resulting from a Player's reliance on game strategies or third-party analysis; or (d) delays caused by third-party payment processors outside 123bingo's reasonable control, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, and banking institutions.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for: fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt resolution directly with 123bingo's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, Players may escalate to PAGCOR's online gaming dispute resolution mechanism, which is available to all players of PAGCOR-licensed platforms.
Any disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Pasay City, Metro Manila, where PAGCOR's principal office is located.
123bingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as modifications that materially affect a Player's rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or via a notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Non-material changes, including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, and updates required by changes in PAGCOR regulations, may be implemented immediately.
